Head to Tail Orders

Head to Tail Orders: (Fill your freezer.)

The most economical way to purchase a variety of bison cuts is to order a whole, half, or quarter buffalo.

All of our animals are normally harvested in October.  Therefore, the best time to order large quantities is between October and February.  Custom packaging is available if ordered by Oct. 1.  Otherwise, all meat will be packaged according to our standard processing.
