Add water to cover and 2-4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar/ gallon of water. Reduce heat to 225 degrees and cook for 24-72 hours until marrow comes out and joints fall apart. Vegetables, herbs and seasonings may be added during cooking. When bottling, you may wish to separate fat from broth but both are highly nutritious.
