We are putting together packages of 2 roasts, 3 packages of steaks and 2 lb. of stew meat. The roasts are usually 1 chuck roast and 1 arm or rump roast, although some will have 2 chuck roasts. We are putting 1 package each of tenderloin fillet, New York strip and top sirloin steaks, each with 2 steaks/package or, with the fillets, there is sometimes 1 package of 2 steaks and a smaller package of 1 steak. With the 2 lb. of stew meat the bundle comes to between 9 and 10 lb. with a retail value of $200+. This is our minimum-size shipping bundle, but you may add on a package of brats or another package of stew meat. We are selling these bundles for $150. You will still need to add the frozen shipping option ($50) to get it shipped, but with the $50 discount, you are basically getting free shipping. This is a great opportunity to sample a variety of cuts at a 25% discount. As you can see from the picture, there is room in the Styrofoam cooler for more; order 2 bundles and pay only 1 shipping fee. We are also including a recipe book which explains how best to cook grass-fed bison. We plan to begin shipping these October 19.
