Some of these roasts do have a bone in them which adds flavor and nutrients. To compensate for the weight, we will send a roast that is in the next weight category higher, i.e. order a 3.0 lb. roast, you will be charged for a 3 lb. roast but you will receive a 3.25 lb. roast.
