Box Special: Freezer Bundle

1 bundle, 85 lb., is our version of a "quarter". Typically a quarter, or a fourth of the whole carcass would come from either the front leg or the hind leg and the steaks and roasts would be different. We bundle at least 2 packages of every kind of roast and steak and some stew meat to make 40-45 lb. of roasts and steaks, and then add 40-45 lb. of ground bison (1 lb. packages) to make a total of 85 lb. If you order 2 or more bundles, there is a discount for each level.
