Marrow Mush. Freeze-dried

Marrow Mush: At the bottom of the pot when making bone broth is the bone marrow, cartilage containing collagen, bits of meat, and fat. While not very appealing to most people, it probably has the highest nutritional value of the whole pot. It is blended, freeze-dried, and broken into chunks or ground into coarse powder. Dogs and chickens (and some cats) love it as a treat or supplement to their regular food.
